Our CSAs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Aktuell beliefern wir zwei regionale SOLAWI-Gruppen in Rostock und im Rostocker Land<\/strong>. Die Gruppe in Rostock wird beliefert, w\u00e4hrend die Rostocker Land-Gruppe die Ernteanteile direkt am Hof abholt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We value the direct exchange with our members and they are invited to participate in the farm activities. As an initiative of CSA, the group supports the producer, works on the farm on a voluntary basis, takes care of publicity and all organisational matters and exchanges information with each other in a dedicated\n forum<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The monthly rate is currently 90\u20ac pro Ernteanteil<\/strong>. Die gr\u00f6\u00dfe der Ernteanteile variiert, der Saison entsprechend. Im Sommer und Herbst sind die K\u00f6rbchen also etwas gr\u00f6\u00dfer, als die Lieferungen im Winter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Von 2012-2022 haben wir verschiedene Gruppen in Berlin Beliefert. Von Anfang an gab es die Gruppe Kiez & Land<\/a> in Berlin-Sch\u00f6neberg, mit den Jahren sind weitere Gruppen in Pankow, Wedding, Prenzlauer Berg und Treptow, sowie eine Gruppe in Rostock entstanden. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

SOLAWI – Was ist das?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Das Prinzip der Solidarischen Landwirtschaft<\/strong>, kurz SOLAWI, ist ein Kooperationsmodell zwischen Verbraucher*innen und Landwirt*in: Alle Mitglieder verpflichten sich f\u00fcr ein Jahr einen monatlichen Beitrag zu leisten und unterst\u00fctzen damit die G\u00e4rtnerei. Daf\u00fcr erhalten die SOLAWIs von Mai bis Dezember w\u00f6chentlich einen Ernteanteil vom Hof<\/strong> und von Januar bis Mai zweiw\u00f6chentlich. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

For us, this means security in planning and financing: we can plan our cultivation specifically according to quantity and assortment, and the CSA shares the risk with us, e.g. in the event of crop failures due to extreme weather. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
